  DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THE SYCAMORE 7-11! One ☆ is WAY MORE than they deserve! I am RAGING right now! I know it sounds stupid... but, last summer it was hot, I promised my kids a popsicle. I stopped in at the Sycamore 7-11. EVERY POPSICLE WAS BROKEN IN HALF! I brought it to the attention of the owner. Who shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do. They were all that way. SOMEONE had broken them all. I was obviously irritated and asked if she was going to give a discount on them then. She said "NO" ... so I went and got a small cup for my then 4 year old to eat his popsicle out of since it was smashed. She then tried to CHARGE me for the empty paper cup..... I decided I wouldn't shop there again. It's been almost a year. Today my children wanted to go to the 7-11(in sycamore) because they were having special- fill any cup for $1.50. We took the kids. I didn't want to go in so I gave my cup to my kids to fill for me. The same female owner was in there. She wouldn't allow my children or husband to fill one for me. So I went in against my better judgement. The clerk behind the counter was very nice and apologized for having to hace me come in. However the owner -she stood there with her arms crossed shaking her head "NO" at me. I just looked at her and she pointed to a sign in the window that said I'm guessing said something about one per person. I said that's not my issue. I haven't come in to this store since you were so incredibly RUDE to me. She shook her head Yes and said "that's fine" in a smug way. I tried to remind her of our encounter where she stomped across the store quoting a story of an account that she must have had with someone else... because it was NOT the one she had with me. She then said "whatever, don't come back. I don't care..... " and I said don't worry... I WON'T. The lack of respect for her customers much less the lack of care of her store and overall attitude towards anyone other than herself will keep myself and ANY MEMBER OF MY FAMILY from every stepping foot in that SYCAMORE 7-11... ever! SO RUDE!
